Lead Childcare Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. They must also ensure the safety and well-Being of each child while maintaining professional rapport with families and managing classroom organization.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a cda or higher qualification, along with one year of relevant experience. Successful candidates must also pass all required background checks and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
