The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. They must also establish professional rapport with families, ensure the safety and well-being of each child, and maintain an organized, clean, and safe classroom environment.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require candidates be 18+, have a high school diploma OR GED, CDA or higher, 1 year experience, and the ability to pass all background checks.
