This role focuses on recruiting hourly team members by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, while also building relationships with veterinary programs through event coordination and campus outreach. The coordinator will represent the company culture at external events and support hiring managers through the interview and offer process.

Candidates should possess strong people skills, professionalism, and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities, including travel across michigan for outreach activities. Experience in recruiting, hr, event coordination, or campus outreach is preferred, along with a passion for veterinary medicine.
