Behavior Technician - Part-Time Afternoons

The primary responsibility involves delivering one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching communication, social, motor, play, and daily living skills. Technicians must also maintain an engaging therapy environment, collect data, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable, capable of physical tasks such as walking, running, lifting up to 30 lbs, and must possess reliable transportation and a clean criminal history. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and strong communication skills are essential for team collaboration.
