PT Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer

The assistant coach will aid the head women’s coach in all facets of the soccer program, including coaching, recruitment, player development, and strategy for both varsity and reserve teams. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive team culture and ensuring compliance with all governing body regulations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have proven experience coaching soccer at the collegiate level or equivalent high-Level experience. Essential qualifications include demonstrated success in recruiting and leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the college's mission.
