Summer Camp - Lead Counselor

The lead counselor is responsible for planning and implementing age-Appropriate activities while maintaining accurate records for attendance, accidents, and behavior incidents. This role also involves overseeing assistant counselors and ensuring active supervision of participants at all times.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or equivalent, with previous experience working with children being preferred. Required certifications include a valid driver's license and first aid/Cpr/Aed certification, along with the ability to swim and demonstrate strong communication skills.
