Behavior clinician

Clinicians conduct ongoing assessments, coordinate various site visits for observations and data analysis, and ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. They are also responsible for communicating progress to supervisors and family members, completing progress notes, and organizing staff training.

Candidates must have experience with behavioral intervention or a strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology, along with at least two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Specific state licensing or educational requirements, including documented coursework in applied behavior analysis, must also be met.
