The primary duties involve implementing applied behavior analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings under the supervision of a board certified behavioral analyst. This includes facilitating the teaching of various targeted treatment goals and accurately tracking client progress and program data.

Candidates must possess a verifiable registered behavioral technician certification through the bacb certificant registry and ideally have two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility with scheduling are also required.
