Sports Coach - Middle School Track & Field

The coach is responsible for providing instruction, leadership, and supervision to participants in athletic programs, including planning, organizing, and scheduling practices and games. Essential duties also involve ensuring practice areas are safe, reporting injuries, providing first aid, and managing necessary participant paperwork.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of related experience working closely with youth, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training. Necessary requirements include concussion certification, current first aid, aed, and cpr certificates, and the ability to pass a drug screen test as the job is safety sensitive.
