Program Leader - Sports Summer Camps (Seasonal)

The program leader implements, organizes, and oversees all activities at a recreation program site, ensuring the safety of school-Age children and program staff through active supervision and adherence to safety protocols. This role also involves acting as a lead worker to guide and mentor activity leaders, assigning tasks, providing coaching on strategies, and assisting with performance input.

Required qualifications include high school graduation or equivalency plus one year of related experience working closely with children and the public, and the applicant must be at least 18 years old. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or certificate in a related field and two years of progressively responsible experience, along with obtaining several mandatory certifications within the first 30 days of employment.
