Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining detailed daily data entry for all patient programs.

Candidates must possess a high school degree and a reliable car with a driver's license for client commuting, and must be willing to undergo a background check. While 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism is preferred, it is not required.
