YMCA at Downtown is Now Hiring for Youth Activity Center Staff Position Type
Part-time Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Do you love working with kids and creating a fun, safe environment for them to grow? We’re looking for energetic and responsible Youth Activity Center Staff to join our team! You’ll get to interact with kids ages 6-12, build connections, and ensure they have a blast while staying safe.
What You’ll Do
Be a positive role model, guiding kids through engaging activities. Keep our Youth Activity Center a safe, welcoming space where kids can play, learn, and grow. Interact with both kids and parents, ensuring a great experience for all.
Qualifications
Minimum Age: 18 High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Enthusiasm for working in a busy, lively environment Certifications: New Hire Orientation before your first shift CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days
