  • Now Hiring for Part-time 2026-2027 SAS Site Assistant, Mornings - Stanford Montessori Elementary School for our School Age Programs! Position Type: Part-time **This is NOT a temporary or summer-only position.*
  • Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on the childcare experience listed in the application or resume) School Location-Community: STANFORD MONTESSORI (744) ANTIOCH DONELSON COMMUNITY Shift: Must be available Monday through Friday, Before School Care (6:30am to 8:30am) Are you passionate about working with kids and making a difference in their lives? What You’ll Do

  • Actively lead and engage a group of 15–20 children in activities, inside and outside. Set up and transform program spaces into child-friendly environments and ensure cleanliness. Help plan and implement a quality curriculum aligned with YMCA guidelines. Build positive relationships with YMCA staff, school personnel, and families. Ensure site licensing and quality standards are maintained.

  • Age: 18 High school diploma or equivalent required. Enthusiastic, organized, and team-oriented individuals with a passion for youth development. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multitask. This role is best for someone who enjoys staying active with kids. The essential functions of this position include the ability to see and hear children clearly, move quickly to ensure their safety, lift up to 40 lbs, and comfortably spend time standing, bending, and being outdoors in changing weather.
