Housing Coach

The housing coach will work with youth and young adults transitioning into independent living, assisting them with housing voucher navigation, goal setting, and developing plans for successful independence. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate case records, providing guidance through application processes, collaborating with partners, and facilitating bi-Weekly groups and monthly workshops.

Applicants must have at least two years of college in a human services related field, or two years of college education plus two years of professional experience in a human services or education related field. A reliable vehicle, a valid colorado driver's license, and being at least 23 years of age are mandatory, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
