School Mental Health Counselor

The role involves serving as a youth mentor and behavioral coach, guiding students through challenging situations to develop self-Regulation and pro-Social skills. Responsibilities also include supervising students, modeling appropriate behaviors, using crisis intervention techniques, and documenting behaviors for students with emotional and behavioral issues resulting from trauma and neglect.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a health, human services, or education-Related field and have prior experience working with youth. Applicants must be at least 23 years old, hold a valid colorado driver's license, and successfully pass comprehensive background screenings, including fbi fingerprinting.
