Teacher

The teacher is responsible for the daily interaction and supervision of children, including planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program for assigned groups at the child development center. They must also maintain positive relationships with staff, children, parents, volunteers, and the community, and may coordinate classroom staff in the supervisor's absence.

Candidates must meet minnesota department of human services licensing qualifications for a teacher (Rule 3) and possess at least one year of experience in center-Based child-Care. A bachelor’s degree in early childhood development or a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work with diverse, low-Income populations.
