Classroom Assistant - 2026-2027 School Year

Classroom assistants will collaborate with the lead teacher, support classroom rules, and actively motivate students to achieve high academic success. Duties also include providing targeted individual assistance, small group tutoring, and maintaining high behavioral expectations.

Required qualifications include an associate degree or higher with a minimum gpa of 3.0, a strong desire for professional growth, and commitment to the geo academies mission. Preferred qualifications involve three years of experience with children in an urban setting and coursework concentration in math, ela, or reading.
