Special Needs Ministry Program Coordinator

The coordinator supports the special needs lead by implementing ministry vision, developing adapted materials, and leading events like bible studies and social gatherings for individuals with special needs. This role involves providing direct, one-On-One assistance during services and activities, ensuring inclusive environments across various church programs.

Candidates must possess a vibrant relationship with jesus christ and fully support the organization's vision, mission, and theology, showing a strong passion for serving individuals with special needs and their families. Prior experience working with special needs populations is preferred but not mandatory, and willingness to undergo background checks is required.
