1st Grade Teacher

The first grade teacher is responsible for all standard teaching duties, driving academic success, and proactively incorporating innovative teaching approaches through interaction with staff and parents. Key duties include planning instructional work, weekly lesson preparation, curriculum evaluation, maintaining grades, and consistent communication with parents and administration.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a valid minnesota teaching license, along with experience integrating technology and knowledge of christian k-12 education characteristics. Spiritually, the candidate must effectively integrate a gospel-Centered message and exhibit a strong, passionate reputation respected by students and parents.
