Position Overview As a Substitute Instructor, you will temporarily lead classroom, lab, and clinical sessions, ensuring students stay engaged and progress effectively during instructor absences. Reporting directly to the Campus Director, you’ll deliver coursework according to the curriculum, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Schedule 8:30 am to 12:30 pm OR 6 pm to 11 pm *This is a hybrid position. (3 days remote / 1 day in person)
- Key Responsibilities Provide temporary instruction on Pharmacy Technician courses, delivering engaging lectures and hands-on training. Follow established lesson plans and curriculum to maintain consistency in student education. Assist students in understanding coursework, addressing their concerns, and supporting their growth. Evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. Ensure safety protocols and best practices are upheld during lab and clinical sessions. Qualifications Requirements PT Certification License (required). PTCB Certification (required, with a 60-day grace period to obtain if necessary). Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. High School Diploma. Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
