Talent Acquisition, Recruiter

The recruiter will partner with the director of human resources and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and create a talent acquisition strategy. They will manage full cycle recruiting operations to support rapid hiring growth.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a strong preference for candidates with an interest in mobile and prior experience in higher education. Being introduced by a westcliff team member is also a plus.
