HTS/Direct Support Professional

The habilitation training staff/Dsp provides training and assistance to individuals with diverse support needs in areas such as daily living skills and vocational skills. They are responsible for promoting independence, documenting progress, and ensuring the well-Being of the individuals served.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. No prior experience is necessary, but a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule are required.
