Provide support and instruction to individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities to promote independence and self-Determination. Ensure a trauma-Informed care environment and effective communication among program staff.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid ny state driver’s license. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
