Provide person-Centered support to individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities, ensuring their independence and well-Being. Assist with daily living activities, medical appointments, and maintain a safe living environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid ny state driver’s license. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
