The registered behavior technician will deliver 1

1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates should possess or be highly preferred to have registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, along with 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably 1 year of aba experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for helping others are mandatory.
