Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians will deliver 1

1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working directly under the supervision of board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Candidates should possess certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) and ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children, with at least one year in aba preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for helping others are mandatory.
