Core responsibilities
Registered behavior technicians will deliver 1
1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working under the supervision of board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.
Requirements summary
Candidates are highly preferred to be certified as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) and should possess 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably with one year in aba. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
