Physical therapist registry (Tr/Prn days)

The licensed physical therapist evaluates and treats patients with mobility and functional challenges. They develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient independence and quality of life.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold current state licensure in illinois. Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
