Recruiting Specialist

The specialist will manage the top of the candidate funnel by reviewing applications and conducting initial phone screens to identify top talent based on defined criteria. They will also collaborate with the team to ensure timely communication and perform full-Cycle recruiting for assigned positions as needed.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience, including screening resumes and conducting qualifying phone screens. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment are essential.
