Head Start Teacher

The head start teacher is responsible for planning and implementing early childhood development activities and managing the classroom environment. This includes supervising assistants and volunteers, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and at least six months of experience working with young children. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, first aid and cpr certification, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
