The Behavior Analyst (BA) develops and directs the individualized treatment of children diagnosed with behavioral health and developmental disorders.
The BA provides training and support to the Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) on appropriate therapeutic interventions targeted to reduce client(s) maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors as outlined in the child’s Individual Treatment Plan. Services are provided in the home, school, and other community settings.
This position reports to the assigned IBHS Supervisor and the IBHS Director.

1 ½ times the staff’s base hourly rate of pay once their annual productivity expectation has been met. Roughly 75% of current employees earn incentives- those who do, see an incentive payment of $1,000-$3,000 annually (must work a standard of 30 hours a week).
403(b) Savings Plan enrollment with company match up to 6% of your contribution after one year of service.
One Year of Service is completed after working 1,000 hours within a 12-month period. If you do not reach 1,000 hours in your first year, you will earn your Year of Service in any future year when you meet that requirement.
Returning employees may take advantage of the retirement match immediately or earlier than one year.
