The Behavior Technician will apply behavioral principles to clients and implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of behavior analysts. They will also assist clients in acquiring essential skills and maintain necessary documentation.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and the ability to become a Registered Behavior Technician within three months. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and strong communication skills are preferred.

$20.00-$23.00 per hour, experience dependent for already registered RBTs For non RBTs, paid training at $17.00 per hour. Receive a raise immediately after you pass your exam! Do you know someone who is already an RBT?! Refer them and after they work 240 RBT hours get a $500 referral bonus!
