Position Overview As a Clinical Fellow at TheraCare, you will provide early intervention services to children from birth to 3 years old. You will work under the supervision of an ASHA-certified and state-licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver screenings, assessments, and treatment in home and community settings. This opportunity is designed to support your professional development and prepare you for ASHA certification and state licensure.

- Responsibilities: Screen, assess, and provide treatment to children ages birth to 3 with communication delays. Deliver services in homes, daycares, or community settings in alignment with Early Intervention Program guidelines. Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to support child development. Participate in mentorship sessions and professional development meetings. Utilize paperless mobile systems for notes and billing submissions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship in the state of New York.
- Commitment to Early Intervention and working with young children and families.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Brooklyn area.
- Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
