Youth Care Position

Youth care staff are responsible for the daily supervision of residents and building therapeutic relationships. They create a safe environment by establishing healthy boundaries and engaging in enriching activities.

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. Candidates must be patient, energetic, and possess first aid and cpr certification.
