Paraprofessional

Paraprofessionals will work alongside a special education teacher to provide direct support to students with intellectual, developmental challenges, and trauma in small classroom settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, developing communication skills, supporting regulation, and practicing academic skills.

Candidates must possess a high school education or ged, be a minimum of 21 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Two years of practical experience working with children is preferred.
