Paraprofessional (AMS Desert Sky) 26-27

The paraprofessional will work alongside lead educators to guide students through an advanced curriculum, which includes supporting lesson activities, managing the classroom, and reinforcing skills one-On-One or in small groups. Key duties also involve supervising campus-Wide activities like lunch and recess, and occasionally substituting for lead teachers when necessary.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have passed the paraprofessional exam, or hold an associate’s degree or higher. Prior experience working with children in a school setting is required, along with the ability to obtain a level one ivp fingerprint clearance card.
