Member Engagement Specialist- Mountain Communities

This highly independent, community-Based role is responsible for growing, sustaining, and strengthening girl scout membership across geographically remote and rural mountain regions in colorado. The specialist blends program delivery, membership recruitment, volunteer support, and community partnership development while serving as the primary representative of girl scouts of colorado in assigned areas.

Candidates should have experience in volunteer management, membership development, or community engagement, preferably demonstrating success working independently in remote roles and achieving ambitious goals. Essential requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, access to reliable transportation for extensive travel, and the capacity to work evenings and weekends.
