Learning Specialist

The learning specialist is responsible for identifying and supporting students with academic or behavioral needs through direct instruction, co-Teaching, and developing individualized learning support plans for toddler and primary programs. This role also involves coordinating services with outside providers and collaborating closely with teachers and administration to ensure student success.

Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency with learning support materials, and an understanding of curriculum, along with a bachelor's degree. Preference is given to those with montessori certification, special education experience, or phonics training, and all must pass background checks.
