Lead Summer Camp Counselor

The youth development professional plans and implements engaging activities across five key program areas for youth aged 5 to 13 within a licensed summer camp setting. Responsibilities include ensuring youth safety, providing positive guidance, serving as a role model, and implementing grant-Funded initiatives.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma/Ged, and be eligible as a caregiver by the department of children and families 251. Preferred experience includes 240 hours working with youth in a licensed childcare setting, and successful candidates must pass a drug test, background check, and physical examination.
