Pediatric Social Worker- Brooklyn

The social worker provides critical support to students and families by navigating educational and clinical systems while managing caseloads and documentation. They facilitate interdisciplinary meetings, provide emotional and behavioral support, and assist families in accessing essential community resources.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work and possess a new york state licensed master social worker (Lmsw) certification. At least one year of prior social work experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
