The Extended Day Group Leader supports student social and emotional development through fun and safe recreational programming during the Afterschool Program. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, maintaining classroom management, supervising students, and communicating effectively with the team.
A High School Diploma is required, along with a minimum of six months of experience working with children aged 0-5 in a licensed facility. Preferred qualifications include two years of college education and experience with older children in a recreational or school setting.

As part of our Extended Day program, the role of Leader is to support the development of our students , socially, and emotionally in alignment with a fun and safe recreational program during Afterschool Program.

• 6 months experience working with 5-12 year olds in a recreational or school facility
