Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will be responsible for developing individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and delivering high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy services. This role also involves collaborating with peers in a team environment and building lasting connections with patients and local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Dpt or equivalent) and possess an active pennsylvania physical therapist license or be eligible to obtain one. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as the role offers strong mentorship and structured onboarding.
