TRIO Program Tutor Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects related to tutors for the trio student support services & talent search programs, including outreach, selection, training, and supervision of tutors. This role also involves assessing participant needs, providing direct tutoring services when required, advising students for success, and managing necessary documentation.

Required qualifications include an associate degree and a minimum of one year of experience working with educational programs at the college level, along with proven ability to work with diverse populations. Candidates must also possess skills in effective tutor training methods and maintain a valid kansas driver's license.
