New Grad RN Summer 2026 St Catherine Dodge City Med Surg

The registered nurse will assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/Family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This role involves promoting optimal patient health, well-Being, and safety through the nursing process in accordance with established standards and the state nurse practice act.

Candidates must have an associates degree in nursing, or a nursing diploma, and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. A current state nursing license or valid rn license from a national licensure compact state is required, and one year of experience is preferred.
