Childcare Staff – Before & After School

Staff are responsible for facilitating hands-On activities following the healthy kids curriculum, including fitness, steam, academic, and art activities, alongside providing homework assistance. They must maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment, act as positive role models, report on time, and communicate daily with parents using the playground app.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for one year of experience working with children under 13. Applicants must be medically cleared of communicable diseases, demonstrate warm and friendly demeanor, possess exceptional people skills, and be physically capable of bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
