Childcare Group Teacher – Before & After School

Group teachers are responsible for planning and leading engaging, hands-On activities aligned with the curriculum, including fitness, steam, academics, arts, and homework support. They must also oversee daily operational tasks like accurate attendance tracking and maintaining appropriate staffing levels while ensuring program compliance.

Candidates must meet specific educational requirements, such as an associate's degree in a related field plus two years of experience, or hold a specific new jersey head teacher endorsement. Essential qualifications include having medical clearance, possessing a warm and positive attitude, and being able to meet the physical demands of actively engaging with children and lifting up to 50 pounds.
