Behavior Therapist

The primary duties involve implementing individualized therapy plans using naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (Ndbi) to help children with autism develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data, maintaining center cleanliness, and communicating effectively with caregivers.

Candidates must be available to work monday through friday between 8

00 am and 4:30 pm and possess a strong desire to learn and advance in autism therapy. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a related field and experience working with children, along with the physical ability to engage actively in sessions.
