School Based Family Therapist

The therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to students using evidence-Based practices, conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans with family involvement. Responsibilities also include facilitating group interventions, participating in multidisciplinary team staffing, consulting with school staff, responding to crises, and completing all required documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in psychology, social work, or human relations, along with three years of full-Time paid experience in family-Focused counseling. Required abilities include skill in counseling, knowledge of child development and therapeutic modalities, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
