Spring Grove YMCA - Camp Counselor - Camp Forge

This role involves providing direct supervision to a group of children in a seasonal day camp, creating positive relationships, and facilitating peer-To-Peer connections. Essential functions include implementing purposeful activities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, and maintaining necessary paperwork.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with preference given to those pursuing or holding a degree in education, recreation, or related fields. A minimum of one year of experience working with children is required, along with obtaining necessary background clearances and pediatric first aid/Cpr/Aed certification.
