Behavior Technician

Behavioral health technicians will work one-On-One with children and families with autism to implement learning programs, collect data on target behaviors, and communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities include adapting teaching techniques and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans with guidance from a behavior analyst.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with a passion for helping children with autism. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year of experience working with children aged 0-18 and one year working one-On-One in a behavioral health environment.
